Service Description
This class assumes you have some experience of movement classes and you are not injured. It may be possible to attend if you have a chronic, minor injury that you are able to manage and modify in a general class. I am happy to advise on modifications, however you are attending at your own risk. Please bring your own equipment: mat, overball, spiky balls, resistance band, hand weights, head support, padding if required. If you are unwell with a possible infection of any kind please do not attend your class out of courtesy to others.

Courses are booked in blocks of 5, 6 or 7 classes. Classes are non-refundable. Where spaces are available Pay as You Go options may be offered at a slightly higher price per session.
