Service Description
This class is for anyone dealing with chronic back pain or other joint problems. It is also suitable for beginners wishing to cover the fundamentals of Pilates. An enrolment form should be completed in advance of commencing the class. If you are unwell with an infection please do no attend out of courtesy to others.

Courses are booked in blocks of 5, 6 or 7 classes. Classes are non-refundable. Where spaces are available Pay as You Go options may be offered at a slightly higher price per session.
