Liability Waiver Online Classes

On booking online classes I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. I declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition or impairment that would prevent my safe participation in this class. If there is any doubt I will refer to my medical practitioner for clearance to exercise before joining a session. I agree that I will only participate if fit and well and will notify the teacher at the start of the class if there is any new information or changes concerning my fitness to participate. I agree that I will follow all instructions given by the teacher, including abstaining if I am told an exercise is not suitable for me. I also agree not to record the lesson on any form. Agreement to this online teaching notification will act as my continued agreement to all ensuing online classes, via Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.
Please note the teacher can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if:

Your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise.

You fail to observe instructions on safety or technique

Such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the room with you.
Exercise should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable for you. Pain is the body's warning system and should not be ignored. Please inform your teacher immediately if you feel any discomfort during a session.

Hygiene Guidance

Please do not come to class if you are suffering from any potential infection that could be spread to classmates or your instructor.

Pilates socks with sticky soles are preferred on the studio equipment for hygiene reasons.

Studio equipment will be cleaned between clients.

Please bring your own equipment to group classes e.g. mat, block, head cushion/hand towel, overball, spiky balls, resistance band. Suggestions can be found above and you will be advised in advance if any of the more unusual equipment is required.
