Service Description

Small group session in a fully equipped Pilates studio with top of the range Balanced Body equipment. Supervised and guided by a comprehensively trained and qualified instructor. Attention and guidance given according to the individual needs of the client whilst giving them some autonomy over their practice too.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations within the 48 hours will be charged at the full rate.
